The Richmond R11 has been designed to meet the archive needs of growing organizations. This flexible middle of the range product can be equipped with up to 3 LTO drives and 128 cartridges in an amazing 11U of rack space. That's over 50TB of uncompressed data (using LTO-3).

The library can be installed with 64 slots on line initially, and 64 more slots available to be “enabled” by a software key. - True Capacity on Demand

The third generation robotics delivers fast and accurate tape access without the need for any pass through port complications. One robot works for both the 64 and 128 slot capacities.

The R11 combines easily with the various data management software products currently used in organizations. It also comes complete with powerful web based management and support tools enabling administrators, users and engineers to install, manage and support the R11 if this is required.
